By placing an order, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
AmarFood reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on this website www.amarfood.com (hereinafter, the Site). The applicable general conditions of sale are those in force at the time the order is placed. The price of the various Products as well as the relative descriptions and characteristics are shown on the page relating to each Category and in detail on the page of each Product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must add the Product to the "Cart" and then complete and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained on the Site. After having read the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the Customer must enter the shipping and billing data, select the desired payment method and confirm the order. The order confirmation has the value of a contractual proposal and with it the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General and Payment Conditions. The contract stipulated between AmarFood and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by AmarFood. This acceptance is communicated to the customer via an order confirmation email.
Product prices are displayed in € (EUR) and £ (GBP)
– The applicable prices for the products ordered are those that appear on this site on the date of transmission of the order.
– These prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are not included, except in cases where it is not expressly indicated that delivery costs are included in the price
– Where delivery costs are not indicated as included in the price, they will be invoiced based on the rates indicated on this site on the date the order is placed. These rates are defined according to the size and weight of the order and the delivery method.
– AmarFood reserves the right to modify prices and shipping costs at any time and to cancel an order in the event of an evident error in the calculation system or in the data.
The minimum order quantity that can be placed is €5 or £5
– When ordering products that must be delivered to a country other than the country of shipment of AmarFood, the user is considered as an authorized importer and as such must comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country of receipt of the goods
– You may be subject to import duties or taxes upon the arrival of the goods in your country. The additional costs of customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. AmarFood has no control over these costs and does not know their amount. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance or fulfilment, even partial, of an order.
The visual and photographic representations of the products on the Site are only in support of the description sheet. The photographic image of the products has the sole purpose of helping customers to recognize the products. Due to possible improvements and changes in the design of packaging and packaging over time, these images may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in color and/or size. Prepaid Voucher (Gift Card):
The AmarFood Voucher (Gift Card) is a purchase voucher of various values that can be purchased and given as a gift at the same time.
The Customer (beneficiary of the Voucher (Gift Card)) must be in possession of the relative code received via email and must enter it after selecting the preferred products by following the option available at checkout.
The AmarFood Voucher (Gift Card) cannot be refunded once purchased, but must be used for the purchase of products and services available on the AmarFood portal: the products and services purchased will go through the returns rules provided and which can be consulted in the appropriate section of this site
Order management
Once the order has been received, AmarFood will check the stocks for availability and proceed to fulfill the order as soon as possible.
Upon receipt of the order by AmarFood which corresponds to the execution of the contract, the Customer receives an email confirming acceptance of the purchase order sent. The communication contains the order number, the date, the summary of the shipping and billing data, the list of the products ordered with their essential characteristics, their price and the amount paid.
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure. AmarFood issues an invoice relating to the goods shipped for each order placed on the Site, and sends it to the Customer in electronic format by email to the address indicated by the Customer. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure is valid. It will not be possible to make any changes to the invoice after it has been issued.
All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. AmarFood is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.
Once the Products have been shipped, AmarFood will send the Customer a confirmation email which will include a link to refer to to verify shipment tracking.
Order management for subscription purchases
In case of purchase in subscription mode, AmarFood will send the first shipment of products as soon as possible and then will arrange to align the shipments at the beginning of the month or the beginning of the quarter depending on the frequency selected by the Customer
Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products ordered will be delivered, in Italy or abroad, within a period of 7 (seven) working days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to AmarFood , unless AmarFood communicates – within the aforementioned term – the impossibility of delivering the goods ordered following the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, the Customer will have the option to wait for the new availability of the missing product or to choose one or more alternative products. In the event that the Customer decides not to choose alternative Products or to cancel the order, AmarFood will refund any sums already paid by the Customer within the same terms of time.
The information relating to the Products provided through the Site is constantly updated, consequently it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. AmarFood reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent, or to modify or update information at any time without prior notice.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The sales contract between the Customer and AmarFood is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this remote sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the Milan court.
