Navigation data

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources and other parameters connected to the http and https protocol.

These data are used for the sole purpose of  obtaining statistical and anonymous information  on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are canceled immediately after processing.

The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than the time dictated by law.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site or possibly from a request form for the newsletter, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

The data collected is stored on Getresponse's secure servers.

In accordance with Getresponse's  privacy policy  , your data will never be used directly by Getresponse or sold by it to third parties. Getresponse uses suitably authorized operators to maintain the service and perform this function and they may have access to your data. In any case, the guarantees provided by  the Getresponse privacy policy  apply.

In relation to the purposes described below, when the administrator sends the newsletter, the data is recovered using the tools made available by Getresponse and through them the newsletter will be sent to you.

  12. the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
